Client Health Screening

This pre-and post-health screening event will be conducted this summer to measure weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood sugars. A nurse will review results with each participant comparing participant measurements with normal ranges to evaluate overall health. Participants will have the opportunity to improve not only their health stats but also their energy, stress, sleep, and mood levels before the post health stat collection. They will also have the opportunity to meet with a nutrition or fitness specialist to discuss health goals and the next steps to achieve them. Participants will then be encouraged to have their measurements taken again at a follow-up health screening on August 26th to track any health statistic improvements.
