Practice yoga poses to relieve stress, increase strength and improve flexibility!

Come feel the benefits of stretching your body and relaxing your mind at our Virtual Traditional Mat Yoga Series. This stress-relieving series will be taught in a vinyasa flow style and geared toward those who are new to yoga, or are looking for gentle movement to slow down and focus on prioritizing their well-being.

Please dress comfortably and have a mat or towel. All levels welcome. Suitable for adults and teens. 

This is online program is FREE for all, and open to the public courtesy of The Fit and Food Connection in partnership with The St. Louis County Library.
