During each session, key wellness elements such as stress, sleep, energy and mood will be the topics for discussion for each class followed by a brief meditation.
Meditation is like exercise for the brain; it can help reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase focus.
This combination of classes is the perfect way to learn techniques you can do at home to create balance and feel more relaxed overall.
