M.O.M. Healing Support Group

Join The Fit and Food Connection's M.O.M. Healing Support Group on Tuesday, April 6th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM in a supportive environment to discuss the challenges unique to motherhood and make connections with other mothers. Engage in deep breathing, stretching, and stress-relieving technique exploration at this session. This class will be held in a small group setting adhereing to social distance guidelines at our office space located at 222 S. Meramac Ave, Unit 202, St Louis MO, 63105. Participants are required to wear masks. We look forward to building a maternal community together!
