Start this new year by incorporating more self-acceptance and self-care, which will empower you to achieve your goals for the upcoming year. In this four-class series you will learn key concepts of self-acceptance and self-care. These concepts include the meaning and importance of it, the cost of not practicing it, how to enhance it and put it into action, and how to remove barriers to practicing self-acceptance and self-care.
