HIIT, high intensity interval training, is meant to strengthen your cardiovascular system and build endurance. Exercises are done in intervals with short resting periods. HIIT has been known to help lower blood sugar levels, lower resting heart rate, and increase metabolic rates. This HIIT Series will help you push yourself while focusing on compound movements that will help you reinforce good form. As the series progresses the exercise intensity will ramp up, with modifications available so that anyone in any fitness stage can join. By the end of the series, you will have hopefully gained confidence in your ability to perform exercises, tips to better your form, and with the knowledge that you are stronger than you think you are.
You will receive the ZOOM link which will be sent to you prior to the program.
